We picked up our caravan Thursday before Easter and are so happy with everything about the process. Kratzmann's - big shout out to Rod - for taking care of us through the sales process (and TV installation) and Peter - making the handover seamless. Nothing has been too much trouble. The van - WOWSER! Get a look at the Essential Caravans!! So much more BANG for ya BUCK!! We met the builder - Dave and he sealed the deal for sure. Everything question we had - he answered. Seriously cannot be happier - we knew we found a beauty - the 21 foot - is perfect for my hubby and I. The van met our expectations - then blasted past them to be 1000 times better! Thanks Peter, Rod, and DAVE!!
